New York, NY (November 13, 2024) – Tamarix Capital Partners II, L.P. (“TCP”) announced that it has provided financing to support the continued growth of Voodoo Doughnut, LLC (the “Company”). In support of Fundamental Capital’s existing investment, the financing will enable the Company to further execute organic growth initiatives by continuing to open new locations across the country.

Founded in 2003, Voodoo Doughnut is a chain of specialty doughnut shops with 21 locations across the country. Originally established with a single location in Portland, Oregon, the brand has cultivated a loyal customer base through its diverse range of flavors and distinctive designs.
